Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The golf cart is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product received does not match the confirmed order specifications
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

All claims must be supported with clear photos, videos, and a detailed description of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect orders placed by the client
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Customized or specially ordered golf carts

Inspection & Approval

Once a return request is submitted:

  1. Our team will review the claim and supporting evidence
  2. If approved, instructions for return or resolution will be provided
  3. The product may be subject to inspection before final approval

Royal Drive Golfcarts reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval
  • Any applicable logistics or handling costs may be deducted where relevant

Exchanges

Where possible, we prioritize replacement or repair over refunds to ensure minimal disruption to our clients.


Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has begun
